An intimate evening of flute/piano stylings with guest artist Attila Fias (piano/keys) from Toronoto with Vancouver's Jeremy Price (flutes).
Brazilian, Latin, Hungarian, and straight ahead flavours for worldly musical palates.
** Note: This is a small intimate venue special event. Priority seating is for dinner packages at $50.00 which includes both a 3 course dinner and music charge.

Dine Out Vancouver 2018
It’s that time of year again! DINE OUT VANCOUVER 2018!
Baru is proud to announce this year that we will be doing a $40/3 course meal that includes Seafood, Meat and Vegetarian options. Dine Out will be from January 19th to February 5th 2018. This year we will be doing a 5:00 and 7:00 seating every day with an additional 9:30 seating every Friday and Saturday night. Please make reservations either on Open Table or call us directly at . 1ST COURSE
- PISCO PRAWNS
Prawns and spanish chorizo tossed in Pisco liqueur, garlic, Fresh lemon and lime juices
OR - BEEF TIRADITO
Seared beef Carpaccio with chimichurri, greens and yam hay
OR - BARU CEVICHE
Shrimp amd seasonal white fish with fresh lemon and lime juices, avocado, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro

2ND COURSE
- PAELLA BARU
Spanish Chorizo, Mussels, prawns, scallops, and halibut tossed with rice, fresh cilantro,lemon and lime, served with homemade flatbread
OR - HERBED CRUSTED HALIBUT
Herbed crusted halibut with a toasted guajillo sauce served with seasonal vegetables
OR - BRAISED LAMB SHANK
Braised lamb shank in a red wine demi glaze served with mashed potatoes ans seasonal vegetables

3RD COURSE
- CHOCOLATE BROWNIE
Served with a lightly spiced chocolate sauce
SPECIAL NOTES
All items are gluten free with the exception of the flatbread. Vegetarian substitutes will be available. (Cheese empanadas and Veggie Paella)
