meal that includes Seafood, Meat and Vegetarian options. Dine Out will be from January 20th to February 5th 2017. This year we will be doing a 5:00

Prawns tossed in Pisco liqueur, garlic, Fresh lemon and lime juices.
Seared beef Carpaccio with chimichurri, greens and yam hay
Lingcod cured in fresh lemon and lime juices, fresh mango, diced jalapeño and tomatoes.
Spanish chorizo, chicken, mussels, prawns, scallops and halibut, tossed with rice, fresh cilantro and smoky salsa served with homemade flatbread
Lingcod blackened in our signature rub on cilantro rice with charred jalapeño yam sauce, jicama pear slaw and seasonal veggies.

Slow braised beef short ribs on mash potato with seasonal vegetables, finished with a guava and red wine reduction.
BLOOD ORANGE PANNA COTTA
All items are gluten free with the exception of the flatbread.
